Red Moon Over Manhattan
A delicious and creative take on the manhattan! Bourbon barrel aged cabernet sauvignon shines in this cocktail, enhancing the smoky and savoury notes.
Ingredients
- 60ml Red Wine
- 15ml Bourbon
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- Ice
- 3 Gourmet Maraschino Cherries
Method
Shake all of the ingredients together with ice for 20 seconds. Rub the orange peel around the rim of the glass. Add in the ice sphere and strain the cocktail over the ice. Scoop one cherry to place inside the drink and add two more on a twig or cocktail stirrer to garnish the glass!
