The balance of tartness from the lemon, sweetness from the syrup, and the effervescent sparkle of Champagne create a harmonious blend that is hard to resist.

Ingredients
- 30ml Gin
- 60ml Champagne
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Pour all the ingredients, except for the Champagne, into a shaker. Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute. Top up with the Champagne. Stir Gently.
