White Wine Mojito
The white wine mojito offers up a tasty wine-themed alternativeto the classic rum-based mojito recipe and it’s perfect for summer sipping.
Ingredients
- 1 Bottle Of White Wine
- To Top With Lemonade
- 2 Limes Juiced
- A Handful of Mint Leaves
- Optional Sugar
Method
Mix the wine and sparkling lemonade in a large pitcher. Juice 2 limes and add to the wine and lemonade.Mince 3/4 cups of fresh mint and add to the pitcher (add mint right before serving, otherwise the leaves begin to brown). Add optional sugar to taste, especially if the sparkling lemonade is light on the sweet factor. Mix well. Lime and mint to Garnish
