Between the sheets

This three-spirit base lends complexity, merging the rich oak and fruit notes of cognac with the dry, tropical notes of light rum.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Cognac
  • 30ml White Rum
  • 30ml Triple Sec
  • Squeeze Of Lemon
  • Garnish Orange Peel

Method

Add the cognac, rum, triple sec and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well combined. Strain in to a glass and garnish with a orange peel curl.
