Bellini
The Bellini is both fresh and fruity, a sweet prelude to its timeless flavor. From the very first sip the palate is delighted by a lively sparkle that brings out the sweetness of the peach puree, which in turn balances the slight tart note of the Prosecco.
Ingredients
- 100ml Prosecco
- 50ml White Peach Puree
Method
Pour the peach puree into the mixing glass with ice, add the Prosecco. Stir gently and pour in a chilled flute glass.
