COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH: STRAWBERRIES & CREAM MARTINI

This month, we’re serving up something that’s part cocktail, part dessert — and entirely delicious. The Strawberries & Cream Martini is a smooth, indulgent twist that’s perfect for summer evenings or as a sweet way to end a party.

Here’s how to make it:

  • 35ml Tequila Rose
  • 25ml Vanilla Vodka
  • 25ml Single cream (or milk for a lighter version)
  • Ice

Recipe:

  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Pour in the Tequila Rose, Vanilla Vodka, and cream.
  3. Shake well for about 10–15 seconds until chilled and smooth.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a strawberry or rim the glass with crushed biscuit for an extra dessert-like touch.
