A medium-dry wine featuring flavours of tree and stone fruit layered with hints of citrus.
It’s the perfect partner to the three Ps - namely poultry, pasta and pizza - and fish dishes. It’s particularly good with spicy food, too, as its clean taste cuts through the hotter food. Try it with a Thai green chicken curry or alternatively sit back with a tall glass of Pinot Grigio wine and a bowl of fresh mussels. Gorgeous.
